1. 能与国外客户及同事进行面对面、电话、邮件的有效沟通；
2.针对不同客户询盘，为客户提供专业的咨询；了解和发掘客户需求，引导客户的顺利下单购买；做好客户的跟进工作；处理客户反馈或纠纷，帮助客户解决问题；
3.客户来访的接待和订单跟进，平台产品的更新和维护；
4.熟悉阿里巴巴及外贸B2B规则和流程，能系统地收集和分析国际市场的行业动态和同行信息；
5.有效利用现有资源之外的Facebook，Twitter，LinkedIn，Google等国外社交网络和搜索引擎开发客户资源。
6.协助海外分公司和客户，处理订单，跟进交期，协助发货事宜；

7、协助本地客户销售售前售后问题解答；

8、客户来访接待培训。

岗位要求：
1.一年左右外贸从业经验，CET4以上英文水平，口语流利及CET6优先考虑，优秀者可适当放宽条件；
2.熟练使用office办公软件、skype、Facebook、WhatsApp、Twitter等社交软件，会简单的Photoshop或CDR；
3.熟悉贸易流程、相关法律法规，具备贸易领域的专业知识和技能；
4.有目标和追求，吃苦耐劳，有团队意识和较强的沟通抗压能力。
