Perform quality control activities according to the quality standard procedures

Coordinate with related department to conduct Factory Acceptance Inspection, Source Inspection, Repaired parts inspection, calibration management and submit inspection report and follow the nonconformities to closure. To identify and develop the opportunities of new inspection or testing method to enhance the quality contriol activities.

协调各部门资源以执行工厂验收检查、来源检查、返修件检查及仪器校验，提交检查报告并跟踪发现的不符合项直至关闭。识别和发展新的检验及测试方法的机会，以加强质量控制。

Provides quality support for manufacturing and supplier audit activities. To work close with suppliers to identify the process fault or risk to ensure the product quality from QC view.

对生产和供应商审核提供质量支持,通过QC的视角，与供应商紧密合作，识别过程中的错误及风险，以确保产品质量。

Coordinate with related department to get the failure data and make it in the tracking list.
协调各部门以获取故障数据，并制作数据追踪表格

Collect the data of failure or failure rate in the inspection activites; make the analysis for the quality issues and push the suppliers or internal department to give the improvement and monitor the improvment progress.
统计在QC活动各环节发现的不合格品数量及比例，对其中的质量问题进行分析，推进相关供应商及公司内部部门进行改进并追踪改进进度。
