1.能够根据参考设计独立完成手机PCBA原理图设计。平台MTK和展讯，包括智能机和功能机

2.对手机音频系统有较好的认识，如麦克风、扬声器和听筒。

3.了解如何通过修改硬件，同时配合软件来优化音频输出。

4.了解器件和选型， 熟悉手机的整个工作原理的相关电路。

5.熟悉手机的整体测试过程，并能够完善改进手机测试标准。

6.能够通过BOM的修改来优化成本。

7.能够指导其他工程师鉴别和解决设计和性能问题。

8.另外对产线上的射频校准问题提供解决方案都更佳。

9.具有较强的分析问题并解决问题的能力

10.具有10层以上高速电路PCBA设计经验。

11.对手机电路必须具有深入的了解， 信号完整性， 电源模块， 信号传输。

12.能够熟练的使用测试设备和相关测试方法。

13.能够完成原理图设计和layout工作更佳。

14.必须具有至少2年以上的项目独立开发经验。

15.如果能够使用英语口语正常的与外国同事沟通， 将会更好的完成工作。
