岗位职责：

1. 熟悉LED照明行业市场，能根据市场需求参与制定核心产品和销售产品规划；

2. 了解产品发展的最新动态和竞争产品的相关信息，能对产品市场进行细分，选取目标细分市场，确定产品定位；

3.  熟悉LED产品的市场推广工作，跟踪产品推广进度，指导业务人员产品推广工作，向供应商提供相关报表和进行日常商务沟通，促进产品推广目标的实现；

4. 熟悉LED产品线的询价、核价及报价等相关工作，控制产品利润率；

任职资格：

1. 2年以上LED照明行业相关产品工作经验；

2. 较好的沟通能力、创新能力、协调能力和团队合作意识；

3. 注重用户体验，能从消费者角度去发现产品机会，对产品分析、数据分析、竞争分析等有见解；

薪资结构：

底薪 + 提成 + 奖金
