RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Conduct the day-to-day processing of purchase requisition and purchase order management

·         Provide customer service and support internal departments and vendors with respect to various procurement process and inquiries

·         Support in supplier selection and product data analytics

·         Research potential suppliers and negotiate pricing based on business growth volume

·         Review contracts and quotations (in conjunction w/ legal) to ensure compliance with internal policies and strategy

·         Contribute to the optimization of the procurement processes

·         Manage return of goods, supplier quality issue and inventory write-off as necessary

·         Maintain financial information, files and records (e.g. purchase orders, quotations, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring good documentation practices 

REQUIREMENT:

·         3+ years procurement experience (shoes manufacturing or international trading industry is preferred)

·         Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skill

·         High proficient in MS excel; experience with microsoft NAV is preferred

·         Fluent in English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus

·         Problem-solving and analytical skills

·         Ability to work sensitively with confidential material
