Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an Accounting Technician. As part of this opportunity, the candidate is expected to:

Insure cashier function:

-       Staff reimbursement upon company policy and tax laws

-       Routine office online banking payment and import VAT payment

-       Customer payment follow up

-       Customer invoicing checklist preparation to outsourcing party

-       Review invoice and stamp it, arrange courier service for invoices delivery

-       Debit notes issuing and update in inter-company checklist

-       Bank errand for cash withdrawal and bank paper fetch

-       Supplier info registration upon customer request

-       Post supplier invoice information to GQ

Qualifications

• Good written and spoken English，College English Test grade 4 or above
• Strong interest in teamwork
• Demonstrate communication skills
• Comfortable working with EXCE
• Knowledge of accounting software Ufida (an asset)
• Mastery of the Office suite
• One or two years of relevant experience
• Accounting certificate
