北京首钢园区冬奥广场项目由美国知名房地产基金与开发商铁狮门与首钢基金合资成立的北京首狮昌泰有限公司作为改建开发主体，总规划建筑面积为16.7万平方米。作为2022年北京冬奥会配套项目：建成之后，北邻冬奥组委办公区，西靠国家体育冬训中心，东西两侧分别是首钢工业遗址公园和群明湖。计划通过资产优化方案将首钢园区进行改建与重新定位，将一个工业园遗址改建升级为高标准低密度的多元物业，打造北京城市更新经典案例。

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

Functional Responsibilities:

    

    

? 负责公司市场调查与市场分析,建立公司业务信息库

    

? 制定招商策略及执行计划,论证调研市场前景及盈利预

    

? 负责客户资源及招商渠道开拓、日常维护,调研储备目标商户资源

    

? 负责商户的业改、调整、优化工作，完善商户结构

    

? 负责写字楼入驻单位的洽谈、引进和合同的签约以及入驻前的协调工作

    

? 负责处理签约、续退租等相关业务；完成租金的收缴等各项项目管理运营工作

    

    

Essential Requirements:

    

? 5年以上工作经验，3年及以上相关工作经验

    

? 有丰富的现场管理经验和处理突发事件的能力，抗压性强，敢于挑战

    

? 精通项目调研的各个环节和重要性，有独立完成物业发展建议的能力和招商能力

    

? 精通招商项目开发的各个环节，有较强的公关能力和数据分析能力

    

? 有责任心，谦虚向上，积极进取；对新鲜事物有很强的接受能力

    

? 性情稳重、自信乐观、能较好地处理人际关系、团队协作能力强
