北京首钢园区冬奥广场项目由美国知名房地产基金与开发商铁狮门与首钢基金合资成立的北京首狮昌泰有限公司作为改建开发主体，总规划建筑面积为16.7万平方米。作为2022年北京冬奥会配套项目：建成之后，北邻冬奥组委办公区，西靠国家体育冬训中心，东西两侧分别是首钢工业遗址公园和群明湖。计划通过资产优化方案将首钢园区进行改建与重新定位，将一个工业园遗址改建升级为高标准低密度的多元物业，打造北京城市更新经典案例。

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

Functional Responsibilities:

    

    

? 与团队成员一起完成招商工作、组织、协调招商工作

    

? 跟进客户以及租赁合同签署

    

? 根据公司的年度开发计划，确保公司招商阶段性目标的实现

    

? 熟悉整个招商和运作过程，协助拟定、修改和确认租赁建议方案、租约和所有其他相关的租赁文件

    

    

    

Essential Requirements:

    

    

? 掌握零售和国际品牌的相关知识，并了解其市场定位

    

? 熟悉商业房地产行业运作模式，熟悉租金计算和谈判，具备一定的商业地产招商及运营管理经验

    

? 熟悉商业经营与房地产营销，有一定的营销策划工作经验，熟悉各类招商渠道及商业品牌资源

    

? 5年及以上商业地产相关工作经验

Those projects comprise approximately 870k square meters (or 9.3 million square feet) of office, residential and retail space.
