北京首钢园区冬奥广场项目由美国知名房地产基金与开发商铁狮门与首钢基金合资成立的北京首狮昌泰有限公司作为改建开发主体，总规划建筑面积为16.7万平方米。作为2022年北京冬奥会配套项目：建成之后，北邻冬奥组委办公区，西靠国家体育冬训中心，东西两侧分别是首钢工业遗址公园和群明湖。计划通过资产优化方案将首钢园区进行改建与重新定位，将一个工业园遗址改建升级为高标准低密度的多元物业，打造北京城市更新经典案例。

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

Functional Responsibilities:

? 负责客户的接待、咨询工作，了解客户需求，参与商务谈判、签约、租赁手续办理等服务工作

? 负责完成公司制定的租赁及回款任务

? 协同物业公司进行租区交付/收回

? 维护客户关系、协调物业公司，处理客户投诉

Essential Requirements:

? 本科以上学历，2-3年招商从业经验

? 具备良好的沟通能力，口齿清楚;有良好的陈述技巧,性格外向,喜欢与人打交道

? 诚实守信，工作勤奋主动，能承受较强的工作压力，愿意接受工作挑战

? 有饱满的工作热情，有责任心，能够独立解决问题

? 具备强烈的团队意识，深刻认同团队精神的意义

? 有较强的沟通能力及客户服务意识
