Operational Management of all deliverables post product development

Key Responsibilities:

Client interface on a daily basis
(i) PO receipts and acknowledgements
(ii) Client order schedules and Planning
(iii)Delivery Status
(iv) Assist Finance on any Client related queries.
Set up and maintain ERP per Client .
-Instruct Purchasing dept to release supplier purchase orders and to update suppliers with any Client schedule changes.
Instruct and co-ordinate Logistics team with Client freight mode and shipping requirements.
Manage local offsite PCH HUBs and inventory and co-ordinate Client call-offs from HUB to Client .
Manage PCH inhouse Client VMI models -stock reconciliation , usage accuracy.
Co-ordinate new client freight routes and HUB set ups with forwarders and PCH logistics team .
Participate in Freight forwarder selection process and freight forwarder QBR's.
-Communicate client requests and feedback to the client team and CD and where needed revert to client on closure status.
Follow up shipments with Freight Forwarders based on agreed client inco terms
Coordinate ramp down of projects
Reporting - information source for CTMs.
(i) Log Client Complaints
Introduce Clients to Transflo and Statusflo on a Client by Client basis.
- Provide advice of cost impacts due to ECNs, client requirement changes, roll in changes ,ppv costs and recovery etc
