Objective

1. Develop PCH supply side social & EHS audit checklist

2. 5 years' work experiences of related work

3. ISO26000 /27001/28001 process support

Key Accountabilities

1. Setup PCH corporate level of EHS requirement & policy to suppliers and internal factory

2. Conduct audit of supplier on labor relationship and EHS

3. Support company sustainability program

4. Support ISO14001 program in PCH, coordinate the audit and reporting with quality director

5. Support PCH supply chain on the client audit of CSR

Required Qualifications, Experience & Key Skills

1. Colleague graduate and 5 years' experience on the compliance job

2. CET-6 English and report skills

3. Rich factory audit skills on labor and EHS

Knowledge & Experiences

1. Knowledge of the labor law, labor contract, social insurance and other labor related laws

2. Knowledge of factory safety /health/ environmental

3. Understand the legal requirements of facility setup regard of environmental, waste emission, safety and other regularity requirement.

4. Knowledge of EICC code of conduct

5. Knowledge of international and regional environmental regulatory like ROHS, REACH, Halogen free etc.

6. Good English writing and speaking

7. Experience of operator survey, factory audit on compliance

8. Certified SA8000, OHSAS18001 auditor preferred
