It is a process management role to in charge the FSSC RtR
1) Drive the FSSC operational excellence by KPI management, like JE input accuracy, IC reconciliation, MEC process on time
2) BSAR review and follow up to increase the fairness and transparency of the financial report
3) Assist BPO in daily accounting process, such as IFRS16 process and fixed assets process, assist CoE process owners in problem solving
4) Execute continual improvement initiatives, support the simplification and standardization of accounting process, such as IC reconciliation and external audit support processes
5) Co-ordinate and assist statutory audit and internal audit;
6) FCRP of J-SOX work;
7) Other finance and accounting activity support and project assignment

任职要求：
- 3+ years of work experience in MNC accounting positions, audit firm experience is preferred
- With Bachelor degree professional education background in finance and accounting. CICPA is a plus
- Smart, flexibility and problem solving skills
- Initiative, motivation, logic thinking and ability to work under pressure and independently
- English skills and effective communication skill
- Experience in SAP, good PC skills especially Excel
- Team work and “can-do” spirit
