1. Coordinating day-to-day digital marketing activities including the development and management of editorial calendars, proactive community and advertising management, and identification of relevant opportunities for local campaigns;
2. Support in the creation and implementation of content strategy that drive awareness of DJI’s product portfolio in Latin America and in Middle East and Africa;
3. Conceptualize, plan and implement Facebook Ads & Goggle Ads/paid advertising strategy for seasonal campaigns to drive reach, engagement, and awareness;
4. 360 campaign localization approach & execution: work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to plan, support and execute global and local campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement;
5. Actively monitor and analyze all advertising campaigns and report on metrics, insights, and optimization
recommendations;
6. Successfully manage complex, fast-moving and unexpected communications challenges.

任职要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree，native speaker in Portuguese or Spanish, 1-3+ years of demonstrated digital and/or promotional marketing experience. Agency experience is a plus;
2. Experience in owned, earned and paid media planning，Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; organizes/prioritizes work effectively with an ability to recognize and respond to shifting priorities;
3. Excellent follow-through and follow-up skills; with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment;
4. Structured thinker, with excellent verbal and written communications skills;
5.The ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, and genuine interest and understanding of drone technology, photography, and an excitement for new technologies;
6.Flexibility to adjust hours and work the hours necessary to meet operating and business needs, and willingness to work hard and roll up sleeves to get work done, even when at times it is outside the scope of the job.
