职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service issues & timely respond to clients' enquiries
- Under clients' needs & requirement, translate to SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and control the implementation
- Work closely with the warehouse & document teams to maintain services are delivered & fulfill clients' expectation
- Monitor clients' inventory level & turnover pattern
- Ongoing review with clients & improve service
- Update clients' development, support or explore potential businesses
- Prepare regular internal / external reports based on standard formats
- Follow Ad-hoc assignments / projects
- Attend meetings / lead visits with potential clients
- Review & improve the internal operation procedures
- Follow up claims reported by clients
- Negotiate contract terms or quotation with clients
Requirements:
- University degree or above in Business, Logistics or related disciplines
- Excellent spoken & written in both English & Chinese (Mandarin is a must)
- Self-motivated, sense of urgency, able to work independently, may work overtime and good teamwork
- Resourceful, innovative with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, polite and clear minded
- Proficiency in computer applications, such as MS Office
- Experience in FMCG industry, 3PLs will be a definite advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome; suitable caliber with relevant experience will be considered as Business Executive
- Alternative Sat working, location in Yantian
