岗位职责：

软件测试工程师主要负责利用先进的软件测试方法和软件测试工具来保证软件产品的质量。 具体的职责包括：

1. 确保应用程序满足业务需求；

2. 与分析和开发团队进行沟通；

3. 复审需求并进行测试需求分析；

4. 设计测试用例；

5. 执行测试；

6. 提供足够的证据来报告和跟踪缺陷，直到直到缺陷消除；

7. 为已执行的测试用例填写测试结果。

8. 提交测试周期报告。

9. 为 UAT 或生产发布准备版本说明。

10. 分析 Bug，并提交个人项目总结。

11. 持续努力改进工作中存在的问题；

12. 向上一级管理人员报告工作；

13. 严把质量关；

14. 向内部团队和管理人员报告和提供反馈，以提高交付产品的质量，并改进软件测试流程；

15. 按时完成计划的各项工作；

16. 积极上进、具有团结协作精神、能够不断成长；

专业要求：

• 获得计算机科学、计算机工程或信息管理等相关专业学士学位。

工作经验要求：

• 具有 3 年或以上 IT 或软件行业工作经验， 2 年以上软件测试经验。

知识、技能与能力要求：

应聘者应拥有优秀的测试能力和相关经验，包括方法、标准、计算机设备和测试工具，有如期完成开发里程碑任务以及交付高质量产品的强烈意识。其他条件包括：

1. 了解软件生命周期和里程碑的概念。

2. 良好的沟通、协调和展示能力，能够与产品管理、开发和 QA 团队高效协作。

3. 有企业 Web 应用程序测试经验。

4. 熟悉不同的操作系统、客户端/服务器系统以及基于 Web 的应用程序。

5. 至少熟悉一种性能测试工具，例如 Loadrunning、Rational Robert。

6. 优秀的英文阅读水平，懂粤语尤佳。

7. 熟悉与服装行业有关的企业软件者优先考虑。

8. 有编程经验者尤佳。

Job Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible to software product quality, by applying advanced QA methodology and QA tools. Specific responsibilities include:

1. Take responsibility for ensuring that applications fulfill the business requirements;

2. Communication with Analysis and Development team;

3. Requirement review and test requirement analysis;

4. Complete test case design;

5. Conducts and executes tests;

6. Report and tracks defects with full evidence until their closures;

7. Fill in test result for executed test cases

8. Submit test cycle report

9. Prepare release note for UAT or Production release

10. Do bug analysis and submit personal project summary

11. Take actions for continuous improvement;

12. Reports to higher management;

13. Say No when quality is insufficient;

14. Report and provide feedback for the internal teams and managers to make improvement in the quality of deliverables as well as the QA process;

15. Meet deadlines;

16. Continually learn, mentor and grow.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree is required preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Management.

Working Experience

• Worked in the I.T. or software industry for at least 3 years, with more than two year experience in quality assurance.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

The candidate should demonstrate strong test skills and experience, including the methodology, standard, computer equipment and test tools, strong desire to meet development milestones and deliver good quality products.Other qualifications include:

1. Understand software life cycle and milestones.

2. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and the ability to work effectively with people in product management, development and QA.

3. Experience in enterprise web application testing

4. Familiar with different Operating systems, client/server system, and web based applications.

5. Familiar with at least one performance test tool, for example, Loadrunner, Rational Robert.

6. Good English skill (both written and oral) is required, cantonese skill is a definite plus.

7. Familiarity with business software related to garment industry will be an advantage.

8. Experience on coding is a definite plus.
