岗位职责简述：（工作地点 上海/深圳 ） Job description :(shanghai/shenzhen)   1. 主要负责上市公司并购基金、产业基金、定增的融资业务。 2. 根据公司发展战略目标，主负责投、融资事务的跟进及融资全盘方案的设计、实施、流程跟踪、外联内系事宜的日常处理； 3. 根据公司要求，寻找融资资本，全面跟进投融资项目；预测并评估投融资可能存在的风险，制订应急预防机制及措施，保障公司的利益； 4. 执行投融资项目的过程情况，提出专业建议和咨询意见，对已完成的投融资工作负责进行后续实施、监控、分析、评估、管理； 5. 建立与各大金融融资机构、投资机构、中介机构、合作伙伴等良好的沟通关系，以便不时之需，为公司的融资持续运营。 1. According to the company's development strategic objectives, the company is responsible for the follow-up of investment and financing affairs and the design, implementation, process tracking, and daily handling of outreach and internal affairs of the overall financing scheme. 3. According to the company's requirements, find financing capital, follow up investment and financing projects in an all-round way, forecast and evaluate the possible risks of investment and financing, formulate emergency prevention mechanisms and measures to protect the company's interests; 4. The process of implementing investment and financing projects, making professional suggestions and advisory opinions, responsible for the follow-up implementation, monitoring, analysis, evaluation and management of the completed investment and financing work; 5. Establish good communication relations with major financial institutions, investment institutions, intermediaries, partners, etc., in order to keep financing operation for the company as needed from time to time.   基本素质要求： 1、硕士及以上学历，金融、财务、管理等相关专业； 2、3年及以上投融资相关经验，熟悉各金融机构融资流程、有融资项目经验； 3、有良好的融资渠道或人脉资源、机构资源或社会资源等； 4、能及时、高效地跟踪融资计划与融资目标； 5、良好职业道德，工作反应能力强，沟通能力强。 Basic quality requirements: 1. Master degree or above, major in finance, finance, management, etc. 2. 3 years or more investment and financing related experience, familiar with the financing process of various financial institutions, financing project experience; 3. Occupy good financing channels or networking resources, institutional resources or social resources, etc. 4. Ability to track financing plans and targets in a timely and efficient manner 5.
