Job description:

This position will be responsible for managing whole contents of Infinix global content planning, copywriting, and editing. The contents manager will report to Marketing Head and will be based in Shanghai China, however the position need flexibility to travel for Biz trip to global.

Key responsibility:

l  Work with marketing team to define content management strategic directions related to team goals.

l  Work with marketing team to optimize, prioritize digital content management domain knowledge development plan and direction, and participate team building and talent retention activities.

l  Expand digital delivery interactive offerings, develop digital content management common practice and reusable assets in both depth and breadth.

l  Cooperate with regional teams and raising contents quality and operation capability 

l  Plan, estimate, design solutions, lead build, test and deployment cycles for digital delivery/implementation/maintenance projects.

l  Lead team to own digital contents project/program end to end, and mentor junior members across region

Minimum qualification:

l  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

l  Minimum of 7 years brand marketing, content marketing related experience and success managing brand and content record (Website, Social platform and ecommerce platform)

l  Deep learning of product evolution and convey the knowledge into content marketing assets

l  experience in customer insights collection and analysis to feed content marketing team

l  Attention to detail; prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing the ability to dive deep

l  Experience in Advertising Campaign management and prior experience in discovering and evaluating opportunities as well as running multiple online and offline campaigns concurrently.
