n Issue PO according to MRP and get confirmation from supplier

根据MRP给供应商下采购订单并取得供应商确认

n Monitor stock and call in materials when needed

监控库存情况，需要时通知供应商送货

n Coordination of receiving

协调解决货物接收过程遇到的各种问题

n Coordination of replacing & returning when quality issue happens

发生品质问题时，协调退换货

n Make sure no material shortage

确保无料件短缺事件发生

n Inventory level control

控制库存数量

· Cost management and cost saving 成本管理及成本节约 30%

n MRO inquiry and procurement

MRO 产品的询价和采购

n BOM Materials cost control, analysis and cost reduction negotiation with suppliers

BOM物料的成本控制，分析以及与供应商降价商谈

n Proactively find ways to achieve cost saving target

n Manage and support Assistant Procurement’s daily works, ensure procurement daily works can be fulfilled smoothly.

职位要求 Position Requirements

l 教育背景 Education Background
大学专科及以上学历；

Assocaite degree above;

l 工作经验 Working Experience
3-4年国内外采购经验；熟悉生产企业ERP运作模式；熟悉AX尤佳。

3-4 years experiences on domestic & overseas procurement is required; Experiences with ERP (AX preferred) ;

l 专业知识 Professional Skills
熟练使用电脑，熟悉MS-Office操作；国际贸易或商务英语专业优先；
Skilled in computer, familiar with MS-Office operation; major of international trade or commercial English is preferred;

l 语言能力 Language Ability
普通话流利，较好的英语听说读写能力；擅长撰写英文商务函电。

Fluent Mandarin & English; Good at English Business Correspondence
