1、参与集团整体战略规划，根据集团的经营目标和发展战略，制定并完善组织绩效体系并组织实施；

2、从HR专家角色出发，对集团整体绩效目标进行分解，根据不同阶段绩效管理要求，监督控制各业务单元绩效考核过程；

3、负责公司领导干部年度责任状管理，包括指标设计、指标达成跟进及绩效结果兑现等工作；

4、负责集团一级部门绩效沟通会及绩效达成分析会的组织实施，对于绩效改善跟踪项实施跟踪。

5、定期评估绩效管理体系的运行情况并不断优化，确保公司绩效体系能有效的支撑各层级组织绩效目标的达成；

6、对各业务单元HRBP进行员工绩效管理的辅导工作；

7、完成上级安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、40周岁以下，人力资源相关专业专科以上学历；

2、5年以上大型企业人力资源管理工作经验，其中3年以上绩效管理及组织发展相关工作经验；

3、对集团化的绩效管理及组织发展工作有深刻理解，并具备丰富的实施落地经验；

4、专业扎实，具备卓越的组织协调及沟通能力，心态开放，执行力好，抗压能力强。
