岗位职责

1、 负责组织项目策划，提出立项申请，参与立项评审工作

2、 负责组织软件产品需求调研、需求分析和概要设计工作

3、 负责组织公司软件产品开发工作的组织实施，保证产品质量

4、 负责组织软件产品支持与维护工作

5、 负责产品开发过程的管理与监控

6、 负责软件总体架构设计，关键部分设计及编码

7、 负责管理软件开发团队及软件测试团队

任职要求

1、 硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、自动化及相关专业，5年以上MES系统、ERP系统、SCADA软件相关开发经验，2年以上团队或项目管理经验

2、 熟练掌握C#、JAVA或C++其中一种或多种编程语言

3、 掌握SQLServer、Oracle、MySQL其中一种或多种数据库技术，有数据库调优经验优先

4、 熟悉多种软件开发技术架构并有相关架构设计经验，至少掌握J2EE或.NET技术架构下的一种

5、 熟悉Html、CSS及JavaScript

6、 掌握UML、设计模式和面向对象的设计能力

7、 熟悉软件开发流程、同时有瀑布型开发及敏捷型开发过程管理经验优先

8、 了解软件测试流程及部分方法

9、 熟练掌握项目管理知识，有PMP证书者优先

10、有排程排产优化算法开发经验优先
