职位描述

                         Partner to Support Business Operation          ·         Take ownership of operation process, e.g., HCO & HCP retargeting, territory design & alignment, quota setting & adjustment ·         Be responsible for in-depth incentive implementation check and provide feedback to business team accordingly ·         Take lead of presentations in business meetings and independently communicate with business stakeholders (e.g., NSD, RSD, etc.) ·         Support continuous operation efficiency improvement through insightful diagnosis, analysis and recommendation   Engage in Commercial Model Transformation ·         Drive innovation of commercialization and excellence of productivity, provide business insights and recommendations to enhance business value ·         Manage transformation of commercial model and implementation (e.g., metrics design, incentive scheme implementation, etc.)        Support Planning of Strategic Initiatives and Other Ad-hoc Analysis    ·         Act as a thought contributor, support market opportunity assessment and strategic planning work ·         Be responsible for creating comprehensive and analytical PPT reports supporting business development and plan execution ·         Support Sr. Sales Force Effectiveness Managers in building analytical models and other ad-hoc data analysis.                   Major Accountabilities   Lead SPP initiative       ·         Lead SPP related project with cross-function team ·         Ensure SPP initiatives implement smoothly Operational process control ·         Act as an owner for new process design including new process tools or modules creation with new operational requirement and optimize existing process and process tools and modules. ·         Co-ordinate between cross-function to ensure SOP execute efficiently ·         Control timeline and processes those related to regular reporting to ensure data accuracy and credibility. Reporting automation          ·         Provide professional advice and insight on reporting design and enhancement ·         Create regular affiliate level reporting to provide official results correctly and timely with key finding. (Deliverable Examples: HCP interaction dashboard, Incentive implementation check, IVA performance tracking ) ·         Identify new reporting needs from BU and Affiliate in common, design initial report and work with Data Management team & IT Team to achieve reporting automation (RAPID) Training and Meeting ·         Design operational process training material and provide professional training(only process related) for internal and Sales/Other customer facing team (Deliverable Example: IDP Training, 9 Month Rep Training, New DSM Training) Qualification/Requirements ·         At least 2 years working experience in SFE/sales operation function in pharmaceutical, with comprehensive knowledge and skills in the domain ·         Proactive and highly self-motivated ·         Good business acumen, be able to gain business understanding and adapt to changes swiftly ·         Logical and strategic thinking with strong analytical skill and solid PPT slide making ability ·         Collaboration and influencing skills, be able to communicate with business leaders independently and confidently ·         Fluent use in Excel/PPT
