Primary Responsibilities of M&E Engineer机电工程师的主要职责：  

• To      be responsible for M&E systems (HVAC,      Electrical, Plumbing Drainage, Fire protection, IT&ELV      infrastructure etc), in the initial and later design and development      periods, while working under the team leader’s guidance and      instructions.

在主工程师的指示下，负责对公司承接项目机电系统的初步设计，深化设计，招标工作，包括暖通空调，强电，给排水，消防，弱电基础设施等。

 

• To attend internal and external meetings (if necessary), to coordinate with all relevant parties including Local government bureaus, Clients, Building managements, Main-contractors and Sub-contractors, to ensure proper coordination and partnership.

  出席内部和外部项目会议（如有必要），与所有相关单位联系及协调，包括与地方政府部门，客户（甲方），大楼物业管理及工程部门，承包商和分包商，以确保良好的协调合作。

   

• To perform on-site surveys and inspections of building systems when necessary, and to provide reports of existing M&E systems

  负责大楼现场测量勘查并提供对于大楼现有机电系统的相关报告

   

• To consult with clients, understand their design requirements and create an M&E program handbook.

  负责与客户磋商，了解客户对机电的需求，制作机电设计任务书

   

• To review and/or produce relevant M&E drawings for projects undertaken by the company with the support of our sub-contractors and consultants (where appropriate).

  负责制作或审核由分包商及机电顾问提供的，公司承接项目的相关机电图纸。

 

• To      assist project leaders/project management teamsin      inspecting/supervising      M&E site installations, and ensure they are carried      out in accordance with the design’s      specifications.

协助项目负责人或项目管理团队，负责检查或监督现场机电安装工作，以确保其安装与设计规范和施工图纸一致。

 

• To      work to support the designs of our design teams as      well as the coordination workof our project managers      and construction teams.

在各方面致力于支持设计师的设计意图，以及项目经理和施工团队的协调管理工作。

 

• To      coordinate and work with third      party consulting engineers who are assisting on our clients’ projects.

与甲方或项目管理单位的第三方顾问协调合作。

 

• To      continue to learn and acquire new skills and knowledge which will benefit      both yourself and the company.

Other其他

Ideally, candidates should have between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in M&E engineering. 理想的人选应有三年到五年的机电设计经验

To be familiar with National and regional (Shanghai) building codes and regulations. 熟悉国家及上海市的建筑法规及机电规范

To have knowledge of the health and safety standards and the green policies. 了解安全规范及绿色环保政策

Good working attitude and willing to learn. 要求有良好的工作态度和自愿学习的意愿。
