Role & Responsibilities:

1. Daily operation for sea import shipments.

海运进口货物的日常操作；

2. Prepare related documents, tracing for the cargoes status.

相关资料的准备以及货物状态的跟踪；

3. Keep contact with overseas and follow up the instructions of routing orders from them.

工作中与海外保持密切联系；

4. Answer inquiries & settle problem with overseas office/customers timely.

及时处理海外/客户的问题咨询以及问题的解决；

5. Operation system input as per request .

按要求录入操作系统.

6. Coordinate with accounting dept to ensure payment to be duly received and invoices are correctly input.

与财务协调确保发票的正确录入以及按时收款。

Requirements:

1.College degree or above, major in transportation logistics or commerce preferred.

大专及以上学历，物流运输或商务专业者优先；

2.Min. 2 years- experience in global forwarding or international trade industry.

物流或者贸易行业2年经验以上；

3.Good English in verbal and written.

良好的英语书面和口语能力；

4.Customer oriented, and good at communication skills.

良好的服务意识和沟通能力；

5.Problem solver and result orientated.

良好的解决问题的能力。
