Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct the customer performance improvement activities and projects.
- Support the regional service team to analyze individual performance related problem and prepare the solution proposal or investigation suggestion.
- Provide the technical support for all regional service and sales team, production management team and other internal teams
- Cooperate with the other team members to develop the new performance analysis methods, template and platform continuously.
- Feedback the technical developing and marketing information to the regional team and product management team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in Mechanism/Electronics Engineering or related field.
2. At least 5 years above experience in SMT field, familiar with NPI, line setup, changeover & program optimization.
3. Skills in problem solving and improvement projects, six sigma and lean manufacture application projects better.
4. Good communication skills with fluency in written and oral English.
5. Good networker.
