MAJOR JOB DUTIES ：
Manage facility and safety related jobs;
Monitor and maintain safety equipment in functioning status and keep proper record
Cooperate and communicate with the government when necessary
Optimize / setting up / maintain relevant procedures.
Keep track of safety related reports, regulations and policies and maintain compliance
Organize relevant training when necessary, e.g. EMS, safety, fire drill, etc.
Carry out and supervise construction project of the company.
Organize and manage daily facility affairs of the company.
Coordinate with other department and team for the facility projects.
Draft facility related report, planning and monitor budget expense
Supporting company activities/events when necessary
Carry out ad hoc assignments when necessary




主要工作职责：
管理后勤及安全相关工作
督导和维护安全设备的正常使用及记录完整
推动及促进与相关政府职能单位的有效沟通
建立、优化、维护相关流程及记录
监督跟进安全相关报告、规章制度符合相关法律法规要求
职业病管理申报，有毒化学品管理
组织相关培训，如：EMS、安全、消防演习等
监督跟进公司装修事宜
组织及监督公司日常后勤事宜
与公司各部门的有效沟通以确保后勤工作顺利进行
负责后勤相关报告、后勤相关费用的预算及实施监管
支持公司活动的组织及策划
上级安排的其他工作

任职要求：
性别：男性
大专及以上学历，5年以上行政相关工作经验；
丰富的设备管理及消防安全事务处理经验；
熟悉电子相关知识，有相关装修项目经验；
优秀的团队管理能力及沟通能力、决策执行能力及自我推动力；
持有“安全证书”者优先；
英语4级以上，能进行英语沟通，熟练掌握办公软件操作。

薪资待遇：5－7K
