1． Junior Customer Service Representative 初级英语客服

Would be responsible for taking travel bookings from foreign clients (in English) via telephone and email, and then coordinating the bookings with our Chinese partner companies.

Job Requirements

* Good spoken and written English. Able to confidently converse with foreign customers via phone and email.

* Strong sense of customer service oriented

* Attention to details.

* Good general office computer skills

* High sense of responsibility and good team player

* Able to work on a rotating shift basis with some night and weekend shifts. (Night shift: 23:30--8:00)
