Position Description:
1、管理复杂项目整体质量。制定软件测试计划，管控整体进度及质量风险。制定质量标准，分析测试需求，设计测试方案、测试用例。
2、负责自动化测试的框架设计、脚本及工具开发。
3、负责软件集成测试和系统测试，包括功能测试、自动化测试、性能测试、UE测试等。
4、带领团队完成项目测试并对bug进行分析和追踪等。
5、负责项目资源分配、任务管理，跨部门协调沟通。


1. Manage the quality of complex solution. Build test plan, and manage test schedule, control quality risk. Build quality criteria and analyze test requirement, design test method and test case.
2. Be in charge of automation test framework design, scripting and tool development.
3. Be in charge of integration test, system test, including function test, automation test, performance test, UE test, etc.
4. Lead team member conduct test job and analyze issue and track issue status.
5. Manage test task and allocate test resource for each task, communicate with cross functional team.



Position Requirements:
1、5年以上AR 相关项目开发测试经验，熟悉AR 产品软硬件开发流程、测试方法及工具（有头戴式设备测试经验者优先）；5年以上Android、Windows、iOS 软件测试、开发领域工作经验。
2、熟悉运用自动化测试框架，熟练掌握Python, C#, C++等语言，具有一定编程能力。
3、熟悉C/S、B/S架构测试，熟悉服务器端压力测试。
4、熟悉AR SDK/API 测试，熟悉Unity, Unreal等游戏引擎。
5、熟悉敏捷开发测试方法及流程，了解Git、GitHub、CI、Jira、Confluence等。
6、熟悉软件测试基本理论；较强的领导力、驱动力和处理问题的能力。
7、具有强烈的责任感与团队合作精神，良好的沟通及学习能力，流利的英语交流能力。
8、大学本科及以上学历，计算机、软件等相关专业。

1. 5+ years of experience in AR product development/test, familiar with AR product HW/SW development process, test method and tools(HMD experience is preferred) , 5+ years Android/Windows/iOS SW test/development experience.
2. Familiar with automation test framework, strong capability of Python, C#, C++ programming.
3. Familiar with C/S, B/S SW test, experience in server performance test.
4. Rich experience in AR SDK/API test, familiar with Unity/Unreal game engines.
5. Experience with agile development process, CI process, familiar with Git, GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
6. Familiar with test methodology, strong leadership, driven capability and problem resolving capability.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to effectively work in cross functional team.
8. Bachelor or above degree on computer science, software or an equivalent field.
