职位描述
This is a indirect material procurement role which be responsible for equipment supplier resource development and management. To get best price via business negotiation, to ensure the quality and lead-time.
Tasks,
Developing a Sourcing strategy for MRO to align with customer and company and translate biz strategy into objectives and action plans and drive execution;
Developing equipment, sub-system and parts supplier resource to reduce capital investment and improve technology capability;
Build up Supplier Evaluation System to manage suppliers to make sure high level supplier resource;
Business negotiation to get best price, lead-time and quality for each machine development project;
Drive internal team and supplier to establish Contract signature to meet schedule;
Take bridge between internal team and supplier and take actions to ensure project timeline, quality and budget;
Support technical department for any technical testing and business review.
Requirements
Bachelor degree and above, 5 years above working experience of sourcing with sourcing/ procurement. Contract Negotiation experience in MRO is a plus;
Excellent negotiation skills (including contract negotiation/documentation) with proven performance in a Sourcing environment;
Strong customer service mindset with ability to enhance internal customer relationships;
Strong financial and business analytical skills and data driven approach to sourcing strategy development;
Project management skills;
With Know how and knowledge in Automation, process, product in printing and pack-out industry is prefer.
