工作内容：

  通过电话向公司的大客户提供高端医疗险、团体险、意外险等人寿保险和储蓄型理财产品的电话销售，不需外出，不需要自己找客户 ，客户都是公司的VIP和老客户，对公司的产品都是比较了解，并且都是有购买能力和购买需求的

  

  岗位要求：

  1、高中及以上学历，有过销售经验；

  2、口齿清晰，普通话流利，逻辑思维强；

  3、有本岗位求职意愿，想做销售工作，想挑战拿高薪；

  4、强烈的责任感和客户服务意识，富有团队协作精神；

  

  

薪酬待遇：

  1、试用期3个月保底无责任底薪3000元／月+500住宿补贴+提成+奖金；转正后按销售等级定您的无责任底薪，范围是：3400~6200元∕月+提成(提成+续年费用)+绩效奖金 ；每三个月薪资调薪一次和提供一次晋升机会；

在职员工薪资8000-15000，上不封顶；
