 岗位职责：

 1、公司提供优质的银行客户资源，个人通过电话的形式，向客户推荐最合适的产品服务；

2、为银行客户提供快速、准确与专业的查询及相关服务；

 3、协助上司及团队完成特定的项目任务，定期向领导汇报工作进度；

 任职要求：

1、年龄20-35周岁，性别不限；

 2、大专及以上学历（条件优秀者可放宽至高中或中专）；

 3、普通话标准，表达清晰流畅；

 4、喜欢与人沟通，敢于挑战高薪；

 5、强烈的目标感和团队协作意识；

 6、有呼叫中心相关销售工作经验优先；

薪资福利：

 1、新人基本薪资：3700---6600元不等；老员工薪资8000-25000；

 2、高额的业绩佣金：标准首年度保费*业绩奖金比例（5%-15%：业绩越高提点越高）收入上不封顶

 3、上线第4-6个月：享受双倍佣金！双倍佣金 ！！双倍佣金！！！重要的事情说三遍！

 4、新人转正奖励：500-1000元（你转正，我们送钱）；

5、年度奖金（根据员工过去一年平均每个月的业绩给予1500元-15000元年度奖励）；
