职位描述
IE工程師
l 大专及以上学历，理工类专业，
l 至少3年IE工作经验，熟悉产能分析、人力需求评估、生产效率、成本分析和现场改善等，并能独立完成分析报告；
l 能熟练制作生产流程图，作业指导书和排位图等产品制造工艺文件；
l 有一定的动手能力，能独立解决消费电子/电气产品制造过程中的常见问题;
l 负责在ERP系统内制定和更新产品作业时间、制作BOM、标准工时评估以及相关参数等；
l 主动性强，善于团队合作；
l 有汽车配件制造行业工程经验（必须）；
l 有光伏太阳能电子产品相关工作经验优先。
- University graduate, major in industrial or production engineering or equivalent，
- Minimum 3 years solid experiences as IE. Skillful in production capacity analysis, labour requirement analysis, efficiency and cost analysis, working stations improvement etc., can write analysis report absolutely.
- Strong expertise in production flowcharts, working instructions and lay station chart etc;
- Solid experience in production process, solving production problems of consumer electronic/electric products;
- Responsible to evaluation/ creation/ update standard work time, product work time, BOM in ERP system,
- Work independently & efficiently in team spirit;
- Experience in automotive parts manufacturing engineering(must)
- knowledge of photovoltaic products preferable;
