Senior/Staff Engineer, Failure Analysis Engineering (Device Research and Analysis)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform analysis on memory product defect from high volume production and new product development. Find out defects related with wafer process, design, or packaging using electrical and physical FA tools with circuit, device, and material analysis skills.

• Define the FA flow for each FA case.

• Generate FA report and drive cross functional team for continuous improvement.

• Explore new methodology and tools in failure analysis for new products or new technologies.

• Lead the efforts in developing FA capability and FA skills in FA team.

 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Familiar with memory product technology and structure

• Understand memory product test process and methodology

• Familiar with FA flow and processes. Experienced in using FA tools such as Eng tester, curve tracer, oscilloscope, data analyzer, EMMI, ORBICH, FIB, SEM, etc.

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Fluent English speaking, reading and writing skill
