Job Description:

• Primary focus on Embedded FW and Systems development, including RTOS concepts in C
• Must have experience with Mixed signal systems with an emphasis on Analog to Digital and Digital to Analog Conversion
• Experience with power conservation and ultra-low power modes.
• Experience in state machine design and control loops in embedded systems
• Low level debug experience with GDB, UART & JTAG

Job Requirements:

• Familiar with battery management system;
• Target MCU Platforms include ARM, MSP430, Microchip and dsPIC.
• Windows GUI development skills in Labview, Windows Visual Studio, etc. is desired but not a requirement.
• Experience with bootloader protocols and remotely upgradeable FW designs.
• Familiar with major SW development tools such as Git, SVN and issue tracker system;
• Familiar with testing methodology such as automated code verification, design for testing and scripting;
• Familiar with compilers techniques and experience with MAP file analysis for code optimization is a plus;
• Experience with automatic static code analysis and runtime error detection is a plus;
• Experience with MATLAB Simulink is a plus;
• Experience with SFMEA is a plus.
• Requires experience with HW/SW implementation of protocols including SPI , I2C, UART, CAN, Mod_ Bus, etc. including software drivers.
• Must be able to read and analyze Electrical Schematics
• Must have programming experience in embedded-C
• Able to generate Windows/Linux test and evaluation software programs used to interface and control embedded systems.
