  You will design and execute strategies to engage  end consumers by working with the Marketing Manager and partners to attract new  customers within spend efficiency goals. 

The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical  self-starter with 2 years marketing experience and experience implementing  campaigns within online performance marketing channels with significant  budgets. We provide an outstanding work environment, inspiring co-workers, a  competitive salary and world-class benefits. This position reports to the  Marketing Manager. 

  

  Key responsibilities:

  

  

• Contribute to the growth of all paid for online marketing channels for assigned international territories. Primarily but not exclusively in SNS, EDM, Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display against order and customer acquisition goals.
• Monitor and Analyse performance to devise ways of spending more efficiently.
• Provide thorough analysis of the channel’s impact, both in terms of transactional and incremental value.
• Manage third party agencies and partners day to day in order to deliver against goals.
• Report on progress against goals and other relevant metrics to stakeholders.
• Implement and continually test creative and messaging to support campaigns.
• Own campaign performance and adjust tactics to meet objectives and budgets.
• Look for new opportunities to expand the online marketing efforts.
• Work alongside the Marketing Manager, Acquisition to Interface with Google and media agencies to find new areas of growth.

Basic Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese; at ease when dealing with senior management when needed
• Relevant experience in online marketing and/or other performance marketing disciplines.
• An understanding of Internet business models and web technologies
• Bachelor’s degree or similar required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics
• Ability to be adaptable, experience in dealing with ambiguity and enjoy problem solving.
• Ability to operate in a high-energy, high-intensity and rapidly evolving environment.
• Solid organizational and project management skills
• Passion for books and / or digital entertainment
• Ability to speak additional languages alongside fluent spoken and written English
