  Responsibility:

  

1. Closely monitor daily production test performance(test yield, SPC,ESD, 5S, Standard device, jig, safety, calibration, etc.) and give quick feedback and work out improvement action plan

2. Analysis on test data in order to optimise test kits cycle time and up time, this include but not limited to test kit redesign modification

3. Organize and plan on spare parts to minimize downtime

4. Organize and plan on test kits/instruments calibration on schedule

5. Plan PM schedules to keep the test kits in best condition

6. Liaise and communicate internally among all test members to ensure smooth operating of the team

7. Communicate in and between department and team where it is necessary in order to carry out the job responsibility

8. Other added responsibility as assign by supervisor

   
   

   Requirements:

   
   

                    

1. Basic knowledge of test about optical-electronics component, familiar with operation of test instrument like optical switch, multimeter, Powermeter, Wavemeter, OSA, etc.

2. Have basic electrician knowledge. And have the concept in statistical process control.

3. Good English reading and writing skills.
