Responsibilities:

- Manage cross functional teams (engineering, NPI and marketing) follow new product development process.

- Manage project timelines (Gantt) task based schedules.

- Insure accurate product documentation for in-house and ODM supplier design.

- Conduct regular team meetings, establishing action items and due dates for activities of Engineering, Marketing, Sourcing, Supplier Chain, Sales, Service etc.

- Act as Team Leader and project spokesperson (in conjunction with local & business unit Management) as final arbitrator in team decision.

- Insure product collaterals such as photo samples, carton artwork, user manuals and other product literature are developed, reviewed and released for production.

- Coordinate timely submission of samples for regulatory certificate.

- Provide regular project reports showing status of each project in development to China and US SBU management.

- Track progress of cost, budget and timing for each project, reporting any variances and suggesting ways to bring project back to plan.

- Ensure product concept is preserved, requested performance and application requirements of the product are met, and appearance and packaging standards are adhered to.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electronic engineering releated technical degree desirable

- 10+ years of previous project management experience in consumer electronics products industry and 5+ electronics product design experience

- Previous project budgeting and resources loading knowledge/experience

- Project management experience in the audio industry is preferred

- Strong leadership, management and decision making skills

- Project management professional certification (PMP) desirable

- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively at one time

- Fluent English skills
