Job Responsibilities
1. Develop integrated Marketing Communication Strategies for company, manage and inspire the Marketing team.
Effectively drive sales and develop the brand image of company.
Analyze key financial, demographic and sales data to:
- Create and deliver annual and seasonal marketing and communications strategies;
- Implement and drive new media campaigns and manage the online communications to increase brand awareness and brand value;
- Work closely with General Manager, Sales, and Operations to ensure campaigns and Communication strategies are matched and aligned with other key business units;
Work with Department Stores and other key business partners to ensure brand image and satisfaction is maintained.
2. Business Analysis, Forecasting and Reporting
- Analysis of dept store sales, retail sales, promotions and seasonal performance to ensure that communication strategies, advertising and marketing initiatives are financially accountable and all marketing “spend” is performance driven and trackable.
- Track and analyze competitive High-end jewelry and competitors and maintain the brands position and performance, and develop strategies and plans to deal with existing and potential competitors across all segments;
- Sku and product management, and product development (Product Manager should report to the Marketing Manager)
- Analysis of sales and stock and create opportunities to sell slow movers;
- Work with operations to make sure there is enough stock to support the marketing and promotional activities in order not to lose sales opportunities;
- Work with the media to generate editorials and product placements in various media channels.
3. Marketing Planning, Execution and Management
- Plan and execute marketing communication strategies for growth, retention & conversion of key players, from key accounts to end users;
- Advertising strategies;
- Online and affiliate marketing strategies;
- Write press releases and send to all media and follow up to get the necessary placements; manage product loan and product sampling for the media; develop a good relationship with the media to ensure good editorials and product placements for the brand; propose events that will increase awareness of the brand and generate sales;
- Manage Consumer Service and Marketing Staff;
- Inspire, develop, teach and motivate key marketing and communication staff;
Track all marketing and communication spending, maintain targets and ensure budges and performance of critical areas are met.
- Stay aware of e-communication trend, propose e-communication strategies that will create opportunities for the brand;
4. Short Term and Long-Term Brand Strategies and Vision;
Work with Leader to develop short term and long-term vision, positioning and brand strategies.
- Ensure all brand communication strategies match the brands positioning, and long term and short-term visions.
5. Other Tasks
- Day to day contact with marketing staff, retail manager;
- Issue company directives and ensure all employees understand the vision and strategies;
- Monitoring staff development and ensure team cohesiveness.
- Work closely with all corporate departments: IT, Finance, Consumer Service, etc.
- Creating specific initiatives to achieve sales targets based on marketing calendar and changing business needs.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree above
2. 5-8 years plus experience in marketing, branding, advertising and communications;
3. A motivational and inspirational leader must be strong, fair and willing to debate and justify marketing budgets and expenditure.
4.English & Chinese Fluency – business level, oral and written
Salary and benefits
- Salary: pre-tax base salary (10K-20K) +performance appraisal + allowance, no discount on trial salary;
