QA manager : Job Description
1. English capability, capable of using English as work language, can run conference meeting and work independently in English.

2. 5 year toy industry or factory experience; understand the factory process, capable on foreseeing potential problem on production line or process.
五年以上玩具行业或工厂相关经验，能预估生产流程可能的问题点
3. Familiar with toy safety regulation and product development process. Familiar major toy customer, TRU, Wal-Mart toy product requirement.
熟悉欧美及其他国家玩具安规，有主要玩具产品通路商TRU，Wal-Mart 等公司的安规要求
4. Early join product development and assessment potential safety issue.
熟悉产品开发流程能执行新产品开发的早期安规评估
5. ISO or ICTI factory auditor experience. Can in charge internal factory auditor.
具执行或审核ISO 或 ICTI 等工厂评鉴标准，能对外包厂进行评估
6. Leader ship, capable on managing a QA/QC department.
具领导能力能带领管理 QA/QC 团队
7. Setup and maintain company QA system.
负责设立及管理公司QA品保系统
8. Can travel or stay in between factories.
能出差及短期进驻外包厂
9. Passport or Hong Kong visa holder can travel between China and Hong Kong.
