1.熟悉外贸平台，阿里巴巴国际站为主，管理阿里国际站账号；

2.处理分析客户的询盘，并且高效及时回复；建立客户档案、产品档案善于管理电脑档案资料；

3.利用搜索引擎及各种国际流行社交软件进行国外市场开拓，开发客户；

4.跟踪回复，通过Skype等方式处理客户问题，客户邮件处理等；

5.能独立开发客户，对外贸流程了解，对产品了解能给客户及时的答复。

任职资格：

1.大专以上学历,CET4级以上；

2.熟练使用Office办公软件及各类在线通讯工具、能与国外客户无障碍沟通交流；

3.熟练操作阿里巴巴国际站平台；

4.熟悉国际贸易操作流程以及相关单据；

5.1年以上外贸工作经验，可接受优秀应届毕业生。
