Job scope:
Work with people across at all levels of the organization and external parties, lead a process and quality team on daily operations. Decisions are made with professional knowledge and have partly impacts to logistic support team. Tasks can be different and require prompt and accurate judgment.

Key areas of accountability:
·Work for logistics agreement with customers and suppliers, provide logistics support such as flexibility rule, delivery and ordering conditions, long lead time items list etc. Collaborate with planner team for implementation.
·MPS report for sales analysis, consolidate forecast data from planners and work out sales fluctuation analysis.
·MPS capacity mapping and control. Consolidate demand forecast data from planners and use for capacity mapping both for key materials and subcontractor assembly. Raise pre-alert for capacity shortage. Initiate monthly or urgent meetings with purchasing, suppliers, subcontractors to solve capacity issues.
·Prepare MTP, AOP and ROFO reports.
·Obsolescence claim from supplier: support planners to verify and confirm PSS liability towards suppliers, arrange stock-take in supplier side, and close obsolescence claim as soon as possible.
·Obsolescence claim towards customer: work with planner for forecast waterfall, define customer liability towards PSS, and support sales team to claim obsolescence from customer timely.
·Insurance claim handling, contact with insurance company and provide what they need to claim insurance covering damaged value.
·System controlling. Monthly cleaning up of system for PO, SO, inventory. Arrange unplanned issue for samples or returned goods with supporting documents.
·Export control
·ICS and TS/ISO, collaborate with planning and shipping team to prepare yearly internal or external audit. Review process and get it updated timely.

Qualification:
·Academic / Professional Qualification: Bachelor degree or equivalent
·Working Experience: 5-8 years above for supply chain and planning background
·Expertise / Skills :Have good understanding of Supply Chain and integral business concept/experience of logistic planning /Incoterms (FOB, CIP, CIF, DAP, DDP etc.)/ the industrial and PCP process
·Language skills: Fluent English on both writing and verbal
Personal Attributes: Able to work under pressure/ Proactive and taking initiatives /Excellent communication skills/ Analytical, flexible and customer oriented attitude/ Highly motivated and a drive for improvement
