利用银行外呼系统通过打电话的形式，向银行信用卡客户回访销售，介绍短险产品，解答客户疑虑，所有客户资源由银行提供。

1、年龄20-38周岁，性别不限；

2、大专（含）以上学历，有经验者可放宽高中及中专；

上班时间：

六小时工作制，弹性工作时间，早班9:00-15:00 晚班15:00-21:00，大小周，国家法定节假日带薪休假；

入职即可购买五险一金，按深圳最高一档标准缴纳社保，公司提供内部福利商业险，社保门诊开销可以二次报销，相当于六险一金；

薪资福利：

1、新人阶段前3个月无责底薪3700元， 新人王表彰（200-500元），见习转正奖（500-1000元）；同业经验者可做相对应的薪资职级对接。

2、业绩奖金比例：6%-16%，新人上线第4-6月享双倍佣金，月薪过万不是梦，收入上不封顶；
