能独立负责项目的数据库设计 流程设计 接口开发工作，有3年以上java后端开发（Java语言）经验

   要求熟悉：springboot, ssm 、 shiro、 mysql、 Redis、 Log4j、 jQuery、 css、 httpclient

 

岗位职责

1.架构设计和概要设计，熟练掌握SSM架构 sm架构，理解深层原理，掌握mvc开发模式；

2.负责对现有系统的优化、重构，提升系统的性能、稳定性以及可靠性优化;

3.解决产品中的业务问题以及技术难点，负责产品中的技术难点攻关；

4.负责核心代码的编写，技术难题的攻关，解决系统性能及数据安全问题；

5.能独立负责接口、Web应用的程序开发、部署等；

6、协助完成相关技术文档的需求及上级安排的其他工作。 

7、开发组长方向培养，善于与产品/成员沟通， 技术优异，管理好项目，按目标完成任务

任职要求

1.本科及以上学历，计算机软件工程设计开发相关专业毕业，3年以上相关工作经验；品格良好，有吃苦耐劳精神，团队协作能力强，能够持续接受工作压力和挑战，严谨仔细，工作态度端正，服从公司制度管理，性格开朗，具有创新与沟通协调能力；

2.要求3年以上开发工作经验，熟练掌握springboot, SSM开源框架，对Spring，spring clound ,Spring MVC,MyBatis等有深入了解;

3.熟练掌握mysql、 redis等主流数据存储系统, 可对系统进行性能调优;

4.有消息中间件、缓存系统、SOA、业务监控经验者优先;

5.有技术组长，复杂业务处理， 会数据收集，有实际高并发开发的经验优先;

6.良好的代码编写、单元测试、注释以及文档的习惯 ;
