Job description:



1. Review the technical documents with the customers & suppliers for new electronic products;

2. Responsible for providing technical support for new product introduces;

Ensure supplier NPR process are meeting our specifications for quality, reliability,

functionality, features, performance and schedule.

3. Solve the production quality problem in supplier's facility & propose the design change if

necessary.

4. Mass production testing/debug sustaining and improvement.Supervising supplier

manufacture for acceptable quality & on-time delivery;





Candidate qualification:

1. Bachelor degree on electrical/electronic technology or telecommunication science.

2. Good Knowledge of PPAP. Project management.

3. Good command of English writing and reading, report to foreigner.

4. 5+ years of working background on electronic or telecommunication products

manufacture(Such as Mobile phone, Surge protector...), holding solid knowledge/analytical

skills on circuit design/debug, SMT, AI, final product's test & fabrication,and/or electrical

safety systems(UL,CE,CSA...).

5. Good sense of logic, self-direct, detail orientation, be able to move fast on solving the

engineering/quality problem under urgent situation.

6. Good at supplier management and communication with US customers in English.

7. Motivated, creative, willing learning and willing to take pressure.
