1、负责电源开发工作，包括：元器件选型、出原理图、PCB图指导、样机调试研发项目各个阶段进行技术质量评估；

2、独立解决EMC测试调试问题。

3、主导产品技术架构、方案设计、功能迭代、产品定型整个研发过程；

4、负责新产品的电性能调试及软件开发跟踪、调试；

5、指导新产品样机制作、测试，参与设计开发评审；

任职资格：（5年以上LED灯、车载电器：车充，墙充，移动电源，适配器，充电器，数据线等）

1、专业：电子应用、电气自动化、机械类或相关专业；5年以上电源产品独立开发能力

2、精通各种电源电路拓扑，有独立设计电源流程，能主导产品的整个开发过程；

3、精通正激、反激、全桥、半桥等开关电源的各种拓扑结构，熟悉常用的PWM控制芯片，熟悉开关电源常用的磁性材料；

4、熟悉使用示波表等电源调试仪器设备，能够协助其他部门解决生产或客户端异常；

5、熟悉电源设计各类器件设计规范与选型，电源性能及可靠性测试规范，安规标准。报告，对测试结果进行分析，以及测试问题的跟踪

6、熟悉产品开发的整个周期，涉及产品的市场分析、产品系统方案、成本控制、风险控制、售前技术支持、器件选型及采购、供应商选择、产品设计、产品测试及转产、产品认证、产品售后质量分析等。
