Project Analyst
项目分析顾问

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for organizing psychological assessment projects, including statistical analysis, result presentation, data integration etc;
2. Work as a project member to implement assessment and evaluation services, provide technical support;
3. As requested, meet with project clients, analyze customer requirements, and assist in proposing solutions;
4. Review current assessment publications and collect the latest data information.
5. Write project report under supervisor’s guidance, e.g. Business report, psychology research report.


Qualifications：
1. Majored in Psychological Statistics, Master degree or above; Work experience is not required;
2. Good understanding about survey and interview methodologies, is able to research and provide report independently;
3. Proficiency in statistical methodologies, able to use advanced statistical methods to analyze data;
4. Proficiency in MS office software and applications, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Proficiency in Psychological statistical software, e.g. SPSS;
5. English work environment, fluency in spoken and written English.



工作职责：

1 .负责组织心理学方向的测评项目的统计分析、结果呈现、等；
2. 与项目团队合作，实施项目的测评工作，并提供技术支持；
3. 根据需要，参与项目中的客户洽谈，分析客户需求，协助提交解决方案；
4. 进行测评文献的检索、前沿资讯数据的整理收集；
5. 在上级的指导下完成项目报告的撰写，如：商业报告、心理学科研报告等.


任职要求：

1. 心理学测评专业研究生以上学历；工作经验不限；
2. 掌握调查问卷及访谈方法，具备独立调研和撰写调研报告的能力；
3. 熟悉统计分析方法，能够运用各种高级统计方法分析数据；
4 .熟练使用WORD、EXCEL、POWERPOINT等办公软件；熟练使用心理统计软件，例如SPSS等；
5. 英语工作环境，需要具备良好的英语口语和书写能力。
