A. Candidate requirements:

1. College degree above in accounting;

2. 3 years working experience in accounting field;

3. Familiar in tax issues, especially for VAT declaration & refund procedures;

4. Familiar in operation of ERP system;

5. Diligent & be willing to work under pressure.



B. Job responsibilities:

1. Daily accounting data input into ERP system;

2. Follow up with shipments with other departments, help manager control AR;

3. Calculate cost correctly for shipments, help manager control AP;

4. Follow up with tax authority for tax issues, especially for VAT;

5. Follow up with bank for payments & bank statements;

6. Liaison with suppliers for invoices documents etc;

7. Handle monthly accounting closing & financial reports;

8. Other jobs from manager.
