Responsibility:

1. Lead team to make quality control plan and implement necessary quality control activities, like quality sample sign off, quality standard set up, inspection specification set up, inspections . Provide QC schedules on a weekly basis

2. Analyze root cause together with QC Director and make corrective & preventive

action for top production quality issue

3. Ensure finished product fulfill the customer quality requirement before delivery

4. Responsible for third-party testing including the integrity and accuracy of test items, the integrity and authenticity of test price, the accuracy, timeliness, completeness of the test reports submitted

5,Lead customer quality complain follow up, resolve .

6,Quaterly track quality tracking list and provide Products continues quality improvement plan.

7,Conduct the quality tracking list and provice products continues quality improvement plan

8, Train the QC staff as necessary

9, Maintain QC records and retains

Qualifications:

1. Experience with strong quality control knowledge

2. Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management System and Audit

3. Minimum 8 years working experience in daily consumer products/Toy industry in foreign companies or trading companies.

4. Good communication and coordination

5. Proficient written & spoken English and Strong PC skills is MUST
