Job Requirement 岗位要求
- 1 year or above working experience with familiar position

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare quotation sheets,purchase orders,proforma invoices,invoices,packing list..paperwork.
报价单，形式发票，装箱单等文件材料的制作
- Assist Merchandiser on purchase order creation & send orders information to the suppliers.
协助订单制作并发送订单信息给供应商
- Assist on daily communication with Chinese suppliers and Buyers in France on orders quantity and production time. Push suppliers to comply with our buyers’ needs
协助就订单数量及生产时间等事宜与中国供应商及法国买家保持紧密联系
- Assist on updating all information in the system to assure orders transparency for French team
协助更新系统订单信息，以保证法国总部能及时收到正确及全面的订单信息。
- Assist on providing weekly report of suppliers’ issues (stock in suppliers warehouse…)
协助每周制作有关供应商信息例如仓库库存等报告
- Assist on resolving shipping and documents problems
协助解决船务及文件问题
- the other work assigned by superior
完成上级安排的其它工作
- 1 year or above working experience with familiar position
