Minimum Education & Experience:

University graduateof relevant discipline, CPA member or firm experience is preferred. Peoplemanaging experience is preferred, Familiar with HKFRSand China CAS At least 8 years’ experience in Accounting or Auditing incomputerized environment. Strong supervisory skills and fluent in both Englishand Chinese.

1. To check billings and complete jobs arising from otherdepartments and vendor.
2. To collect settlements by cheques or cash from localclients or oversea office.
3. To deposit cheques and cash.
4. To perform data input, validation, and filing duties.
5. To prepare monthly statements to clients or overseaoffice if necessary.
6. To handle all daily issue with bank, tax department,handle the online monthly, quarterly and yearly renew issue.
7. To managemonth-end closing, prepare the Financial Reports monthly.
8. To assist in the preparation of yearly budget andquarterly forecasts.
9. To draft local accounting policy.
10. To manage the fixed assets of the company.
11. To assist Manager to ensure strict compliance of allTGI “accounting policies”.
12. To prepare finance data to other department for companyoperation need.
13. To review and clean up outstanding accounts balance.
14. To audit other team’s expense claims and verify thebudget and data.
15. To update and manage the local office monthly payrolltax check to make sure there is no error.
16. To monitor Credit Control and other teams to ensurecompliance of the Company’s credit policies.
17. To supervise and provide on-the-job training tosubordinates, refresh accounting policy to other departments to ensurethat policies and procedures are strictly followed whenever necessary.
18. To communicate with line manager and HK manager.
19. To assist Manager to execute budgetary controls.
20. To maintain financial accounting system.
21. To provide input to management for continuousimprovements in processes and systems, and also perform regular reviewsfor policy enhancements.
22. To closely liaise with bankers and local government, HKauditors, ensure reporting to PRC Tax Authority on time. Ensurecompliance with the applicable laws, regulations, codes and rules ofaccounting for both Shenzhen and Hongkong companies
