深圳招聘

1、负责公司各部门人员需求梳理、岗位说明书撰写，人员招聘、筛选、offer发放、入职跟踪等；

2、负责公司各类规章制度修订完善、监督及执行，对结果进行追踪反馈，并对公司现有的各项规章制度进行维护等；

3、负责入、转、调、晋、离职人员职手续办理流程跟进等；

4、针对新入职人员需做新员工入职培训，主要讲解公司各类规章制度、公司企业文化等；

5、定期对新老员工进行沟通访谈，及时了解员工心里变化及工作情况，并协助各部门领导做好公司管理工作；

6、每月定期通知各部门人员参加公司会议，并负责会议记录整理，监督各部门人员执行；

7、负责起草公司各类通知文件并归档存放，并督维护公司日常办公秩序和办公环境；

8、负责公司员工生日会、节假日、年会等策划安排，活动举办等；

9、协助公司车辆负责人，管理公司车辆（违章跟进）；

10、负责公司钉钉系统后台管理、维护、每月员工考勤制作，异常核对；

11、协助总经理完成各部门人员管理，监督等相关工作。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，有相关汽车配件公司工作经验更好；

2、2年以上人事行政管理经验优，且个人喜欢从事人事行政方面工作；

3、对工作能承受一定抗压能力，沟通能力良好，为人性格活泼开朗。
